John L. Brooklyn, NY 11/10/2017 Repair or service of a Boiler or Radiator Heating System Eddy was terrific. My furnace stopped working. The pilot light wouldn't stay on. Apparently it needed a new thermocouple. Eddy answered the phone at 11 pm and arranged to come the next morning. He fixed the problem for a reasonable price. The next day, the pilot was out again, I think because his assistant hadn't replaced the furnace cover. I relit the pilot, no problem, and called Eddy, who said he'd come over the next morning and fix whatever needed fixing at no additional charge. However, after replacing the cover I had no further problem, so I called him and told him he needn't come.

He promptly called me back after my request at 1pm and showed up by 2:30 and worked his magic by 5pm. It has been 3 days and the issue has not recurred.
